Apostle Suleman speaks on ‘assassination attempt’, how it started
Apostle Johnson Suleman has spoken about the gun attack on his convoy on Friday, calling it an assassination attempt.
In a video obtained by TheCornet, the Christian preacher said: “I just escaped an assassination attempt where seven people were killed. My car was attacked. They opened bullets and kept spraying with my wife and children there.”
Suleman confirmed that seven people were killed in the attack. “People are expecting me to come out and mention their names (the masterminds) but I won’t do that. But the truth of the matter is this: You can’t kill me; my life is in the hands of God. I am a man of God.”
Suleman admonished those whom he said are siding with his “attackers”.
He said, “You are building on what you don’t understand. You may have joined into the fora( sic) because you want to chase clout, you don’t know where the fight started from. There are things you don’t understand; you don’t have an idea of what happened in 2017.”
