Justices seated, set to begin election dispute proceeding
The five justice that heard the presidential elections dispute are now seated as proceeding is about to commence.
The justices said they would not be ‘ reading out the addresses of counsel as such would remain in the court records’.
“We will read out our findings,” the court said.
The court has called the first petition, being that of Labour Party’s Peter Obi. Representing Obi is Julius Abure, who identified himself as the national chairman of the opposition party.

Equally, Vice President Kashim Shettima announced his presence, and Abdullai Ganduje, who is representing the All Progressives Congress (APC).
