Peter Obi joins Labour Party, Abaribe now in APGA

Presidential hopeful, Peter Obi, has joined the Labour Party, a source said.

Obi will be pursing his ambition under the auspices of the party.

The former governor reportedly registered as a member of the LP at his Ward in Anambra State on Friday.

For his part, Senator Eyinnaya Abaribe has joined the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), under which he will be re-contesting his Senate seat.

Abaribe, like Obi, quit the Peoples Democratic Party following disagreements with the party.
