Ogun offers N50m for lead on ex-director’s killers
On Friday, the Ogun State Government announced a bounty of N50million on the heads of killers of Taiwo Oyekanmi, its former director of finance and administration.
The assailants, last Wednesday, assassinated Oyekanmi, aged 51, at a location along the Kuto Flyover Bridge, in the state capital Abeokuta.
Oyekanmi and some other officials were returning from the banks they had gone to withdraw large sums of money. They made away with the cash.
In its statement released Friday, the government urged “anyone with information that could lead to the arrest of the killers” to furnish it with the same.
