Tribunal sacks Governor Adeleke

The Osun State Elections Petitions Tribunal has sacked Governor Ademola Adeleke for over-voting.

The tribunal, chaired by Justice Tertse Kume, in a judgement between two-to-one, asked the Independent National Electoral Commission to withdraw thw certificate issued to Adeleke and issue the same to former Governor Gboyega Oyetola.
