Sanwo-olu, Ganduje, 84 others for Oyetola’s campaign
Governors Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Abdullai Ganduje will be leading 84 others, among them governors, for re-election campaign of their Osun couterpart Gboyega Oyetola.
According to a statement issued by the All Progressives Congress (APC), the constituted campaign council also has Governors Abubakar Sani Bello, Abubakar Atiku, Abubakar Badaru, Nasir El-Rufai and Kayode Fayemi as co-chair.
Other co-chairs are Governors Babagana Zulum, Yahaya Bello, Inuwa Yahaya, Aminu Masari, Abdulrahaman AbdulRazaq and Abdullahi Sule.
Governors Rotimi Akeredolu, Dapo Abiodun, Hope Uzodinma, Simeon Lalong, Mai Mala Buni and Dave Umahi are also members of the council. The rest are Governors Ben Ayade, and Mohammed Matawalle. There are also speaker of the House of Representatives Femi Gbajabiamila and Senate President Ahmad Lawan.
The council will be officially inaugurated by Mr Adamu on Thursday. The Osun governorship election will be held on July 16, with Governor Gboyega Oyetola as the APC candidate.
