Split trails BBN’s Angel, Soma’s relationship

The relationship between Angel and Soma, two ex-housemates of the just-ended BBN Allstars reality show, might have unravelled.

Rumour of a split between the duo surfaced on Thursday after they un-followed each other on picture-sharing app, Instagram.

However, neither of the reality show stars has confirmed the split.

Angel, on her part, asked on X (formerly Twitter), if anyone was interested in marrying her, with many among her followers saying, Soma. “So, who wanna marry me,” the braces-wearing Angel tweeted.

In another tweet, Angel revealed she is “happy and drunk,” drawing sexualised comments from a few of her followers.

Angel and Soma enjoyed massive attention to their profession of affection for each other while the show lasted. They were both evicted in the twilight of the show, losing to 22-year-old Ilebaye Odinga.

During their stay in the house, Angel and Soma’s ‘ship’ ( a shortened form for relationship used among the housemates) suffered splits on a number of occasions, while housemates Benita and Adekunle often readily intervened. Angel and Soma appear to contrast each other; while soma is pacific and calm, Angel seems short-fused and prone to having a mood swing.

Outside the house, both have affirmed their relationship in different interviews during their media rounds.
