Ogun pastor arrested for having ‘fierce’ sex with minor

The police have arrested Clinton John, a church pastor at Mega World Healing Ministry, for having sex with a minor.

John began to have sexual intercourse with the minor in 2022, at the age of 12. The victim is now 16 years old, according to the police.

Omolola Odutola, spokesperson for the Nigeria Police, Ogun state command, said that the victim’s parents filed a complaint.

They had discovered unusual behavior of their daughter, who initially was unwilling to reveal the identity of her abuser.

After persuading her, the victim revealed the 43 years old pastor’s sexcapade with her.

Odutola said that the family, who reside at Giwa Agbado area of Ogun, revealed that John was “fiercely having unlawful carnal knowledge of her since November of 2022.”
