Lagos BRT involved in ‘serious accident’ – LASEMA

A serious accident involving a bus in the fleet of the BRT has occurred along the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway.

The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASEMA) announced the incident in a post it published on X (formerly Twitter).

The traffic management agency, wrote: “A serious accident has occurred on the BRT corridor, just in front of Conoil at Valley Estate, inward Ile Zik on the Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway.

“Effect of this occurrence on traffic is minimal, however, our officers, as well as all other concerned authorities, including men of the Nigerian Police Force are on the ground doing the needful.”

There has not been a casualty report from the incident, as at press time.
