Defiant blogger Gistlover scoffs at police over ‘arrest’

Promoters of Gistlover blog have scoffed at the Nigeria Police for linking three arrested suspects to it.

Muyiwa Adejobi, force spokesperson, had accused the three suspects of Cyber stalking, threat to life, and blackmailing of a politician, Hon. Seye Oladejo.

Reacting to the arrest, Gislover on its Instagram page alleged an unnamed person it wrote about was behind the police action. The blog is famous for publishing exclusive celebrity gossips, a reason for which it gained traction and large following on major social networking platforms.

Gistlover’s reaction is published below:

You all posted something , edited it, deleted at some point🤣🤣🤣see as una dey run kiti kiti without me pursuing una, big sh*ame , you all make the laws and disobey same law, una hold suspect for more than 1 month, una parade suspect without evidence, keep sho*oting yourselves on the leg,” the blog posted.
