What NYSC said about Stella Odua
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has said Sen. Stella Oduah, does not have a valid NYSC certificate.
The NYSC said this in its response to a request made by Concerned Anambra North Peoples Democratic Party Stakeholders.
Senator Oduah had claimed, in an affidavit, she swore to that her credentials including the NYSC certificate got missing.
NYSC’s director general, said that Oduah was deployed to Lagos to for her national service in 1982/83 but absconded after undergoing orientation.
The response reads:  “In response to your request, we wish to state that the facts of the matter remain as follows: Stella Adaeze Oduah was mobilised for national service in 1982/1983 service year and deployed to Lagos State.
“After the orientation course, she absconded and never completed the national service. The consequence of this is that she is not qualified for the issuance of the certificate of national service.”
