Supreme Court dismisses appeal against Benue Governor Alia

The Supreme Court has dismissed an appeal against the election of Governor Hycinth Alia of Benue State.

The Apex Court’s decision followed the withdrawal of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s former governorship candidate, Titus Una in the March 18 election.
