LP’s Alex Otti declared Abia governor-elect

The Independent National Electoral Commission has declared Labour Party’s governorship candidate Alex Otti as the winner of the Abia state governorship election.

Otti, as INEC said, polled 175, 467 votes while the second placed PDP’s candidate Okey Ahiwe scored 88, 529 votes.
