Lagos politician Mutiu Are gets fresh appointment

President Bola Tinubu has appointed notable Lagos politician, Mutiu Are, into the board of the North East Development Commission (NEDC).

Prior to his current appointment, Are head the National Institute for Freshwater Fisheries Research, NIFFR.

Are is a member of Lagos- APC’s political decision-making body, the Governor’s Advisory Council (GAC).

A 1986 politician science and government graduate of United States’ University of Columbia, Are owns Basnaz Construction Limited. He equally bagged a degree in public administration from the Southern University, Washington DC.

The Lagos politician, known to be an ally of President Bola Tinubu, is equally skilled in “Negotiation, Budgeting, Business Planning, Team Building, and Public Speaking.”
