Female robbers force male victims to have sex with them
Some female robbers who force their male victims to have sex with them are on the prowl.
Zimbabwean police said they have launched manhunt for the robbers-cum-rapists. Their targets, they say, are young male commuters.
Two men have reported the robbers raped them, after boarding a commercial bus.
According to police in one of the incidents, the robbers fleeced a 22-year-old man of US$50, a cell phone, and some personal documents, after he boarded an unregistered Honda Fit he believed to be a cab.
The police report that the vehicle had four occupants –a man and three women.
The robbers reportedly diverted the bus off its route, went on to rob and forced the commuter to have sex with one of them.
“Along the way, the suspects diverted the route before robbing the complainant of his valuables and forcing him to have sexual intercourse with one of the female suspects,” the police statement read.
In another separate incident, a 20-year-old man was robbed of US$40, a cell phone and his wallet after he boarded a Honda Fit which had two men and three women.
The third was a victim, a man, 20, who was robbed of US $40, a wallet and a cell phone after he was offered a lift in a Honda Fit vehicle which had five occupants, two men and three women.
The suspects kidnapped the complainant and took him to an unknown house where they slept together and later released him.
The report adds that there had been recurring rape, induced by women. It also indicated that such incident was rife in 2011, led by a syndicate of women rapists who used the semen of their victims for rituals.
