Deaf and dumb hacks man to death

A mute, identified only as Alabi, has been arrested for hacking a farmer to death in Ekiti State.

The farmer had protested mute’s incursion into his farm and his stealing of his produce at the Ipole Farm Settlement, Agbado Ekiti in the Gbonyin Local Government area of the state.

Angered by the farmer’s guts, Alabi returned with a machete and  struck the farmer on his head.

The victim’s cry attracted his colleagues, who promptly arrested the mute and handed him to the police.
