Catholic priest abducted

Kidnappers have seized a Catholic priest at the Nnobi roundabout in the Idemili South Local Government Area of Anambra State.

According to a report, the victim driving a Lexus FX 300 marked GDD 882 PW when the assailants stopped and abducted him.

“The assailants forcefully bundled the priest into their jeep leaving his car steaming on the road before driving off,” the eyewitness said.

But the state police command denied knowledge of the incident.
