3 paraded over kidnapping of Bethel Baptist students
The Nigeria Police have paraded three persons linked to the abduction of 100 students of Bethel Baptist School, in Kaduna State.
They are Adamu Bello, Isiaku Lawal, and Muazu Abubakar.
Frank Mba, spokesperson for the national police, conducted the suspects before journalists, on Thursday, in Abuja.
One of the suspects, Abubakar, 27, said, 25 of them carried out the abduction.
“We kidnapped 136 students, and I got N100,000 share from the money,” said Abubabar.
TheCornetnewsconfirms that 121 students were abducted when the gunmen stormed the school on July 5, 2021.
Some of the kidnapped students have been freed.
