Tinubu praises Abike Dabiri’s father Ashafa Erogbogbo’s in 99th birthday tribute

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Alhaji Ashafa Erogbogbo, the father of the chairperson of the Nigeria Disapora Commission (NIDCOM) Abike Dabiri, on attaining 99 years of age.

In his statement released by State House Press, President Tinubu commended the nonagenarian for his “remarkable life of dedication, principle and service.”

As per Tinubu, Erogbogbo embodies discipline, integrity and compassion throughout his distinguished career and (in his) personal life.”

The President recalled Erogbogbo’s professional journey, beginning with the Government Printing Press in Lagos, Nigeria Customs Service, and Shell Company of Nigeria Ltd. After Shell, Erogbogbo became aviation superintendent at Murtala Mohammed International Airport, Lagos.

As you turn 99, I join your family, friends, and well wishers across the nation in celebrating your life,” President Tinubu wrote.
