Lawmakers wants member detained for cult-related deaths freed

Ogun State House of Assembly has asked Department of State Security to release their member linked to the incessant cult-related killings in Sagamu.

The detained lawmaker, Damilare Bello, represents Sagamu Constituency I.

TheCornet reports many youths have died owing to cult-related activities.

The lawmakers deliberated Bello’s detention and asked for his release. His continued detention, they said, would deprive his constituents of representation in the assembly.
