Five ex-governors, senators dominate Tinubu’s fresh ministerial list
President Bola Tinubu has sent additional 19 ministerial nominees’ list to the Senate for approval. The Senate had screened the first batch of nominees the President forwarded to it last week. In the fresh list are five former governors who played active roles to get President Tinubu to his new position.
The list comprises former governors Adegboyega Oyetola (Osun); Atiku Bagudu (jigsaw), Bello Mattawale (Zamfara); Ibrahaim Gaidam (Yobe), Simon Lalong (Plateau).
Others are Sen. Sabi Abdullahi, Sen. Alkali Ahmed Saidu, Sen. Heineken Lokpobori, Uba Maigari Ahmadu, and Zaphaniah Bitrus Jisalo.
Equally in the list are Dr Mariam Shetti, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu, Dr Mariam Taye Mamman; Ahmed Tijani Kwazo, Bosun Tijani, Dr Isiak Salako, Dr Tunji Alausa; Dr Yusuf Tanko Sununu, Lola Ade John.
