Bandits shoot PDP delegates dead

Some bandits, have shot dead three Peoples Democratic Party delegate from Mariga Local Government Area of Niger State.

 

Lawrence Ewhrudjakpo, the chairman of the Electoral Committee and Deputy Governor of Bayelsa State, stated this at the PDP Secretariat in Minna, where the primaries is taking place.

The assailants killed the deceased on their way to Mariga on Wednesday.

Based on the development, the PDP urged the other delegates to show proofs of identification.
