Tinubu swears in ministers in Aso Villa

The swearing in of ministers is currently underway. President Bola Tinubu is leading the ceremony taking place at the Aso Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Out of the 48 persons appointed as ministers, the Nigerian Senate cleared 45 persons while it pended the confirmation of three others due to petitions and unfavourable security reports written against them.

The event is being compered by the special adviser on media to the president, Ajuri Ngale.
