The corpse of a missing 400-level undergraduate of the Physics department, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology in Oyo State was discovered hanging in a bush, fueling the speculation he might have committed a suicide.
The deceased, Oluwatobi Ogunmola, went missing a few days ago.
The circumstances of his death are yet unknown. A friend of Oluwatobi, identified as Adeleke Abel Ayoade, described him as a “very calm and reserved brother.”
The Oyo police command has yet to comment on the death.
