Veteran actor Sunday Akanbi of Feyikogbon fame dies

Veteran actor Sunday Akanbi, who also produced the surefire 1980s sitcom ‘Feyikogbon’ is dead.

Akanbi, who celebrated his birthday recently died at the age of 80 years.

“Feyikogbon” was a Nigerian television program, which initially aired on NTA Channel 7, Lagos.

The popular Sunday short drama is unarguably one of the country’s longest running Yoruba language television series in Nigeria.
