Thugs invade Igboho’s house, kill aide

Alleged armed thugs have attacked the home of Sunday Adeyemo, a. ka. Igboho, a Yoruba nation activist currently imprisoned in Benin Republic.

A report claims the assailants murdered one of his aides they met in the house.

Yomi Aliyyu (SAN), Igboho’s lawyer reportedly confirmed the attack. He also stated that the house was the same the DSS invaded last July.

According to Aliyyu, the armed thugs Igboho’s macheted Igboho’s associates, leaving one dead.

The authorities in Benin Republic recently extended Igboho’s detention by six months. Igboho fled to the tiny West African country following the invasion of his home.
