Nigerian woman kills husband, burns and dumps corpse in strange location

A Nigerian woman has grisly murdered her physically challenged husband in a case of matricide that took place at the Pegi area of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
Cornet News gathered that Rahimat Salaum and her husband had a disagreement, leading to his gruesome death in the hands of his wife. To avoid suspicion over her callous act, Rahimat burnt the victim’s corpse and carried it to an isolated uncompleted building, where she dumped it. Unluckily for Rahimat, the lid was blown off her act, leading to her arrest by the police.
Josephine Adeh, who speaks for the FCT Police command, confirmed the incident in a statement she issued. According to Adeh, Rahimat had attempted to flee with her murdered husband’s belongings before the police swooped on her.
“Upon interrogation, the suspect admitted to killing her husband after a fight ensued between them. She subsequently led the police operatives to an uncompleted building where she had dumped the gruesomely burned body, Adeh said.
