President Tinubu’s horse ‘Ramadan’ wins international racing derby

President Bola Tinubu’s horse ‘ Ramadan’ has won the Renewed Hope International Horse Racing Derby, hosted in Daura, Katsina State.

The NTA, the government-owned broadcaster reports that the horse, owned by President Bola Tinubu, emerged as the overall winner of the tournament.

The derby attracted competitors from Nigeria, the Republic of Niger, and Burkina Faso, the report states. The derby “aims at reviving regional ties, promoting unity and cultural exchange, as well as preserving the rich equestrian heritage of the region.”
