Imo INEC headquarters bombed

The headquarters of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in Imo State suffered a grenade attack in the early hours of Monday.
The assailants are said to have thrown a grenade into the building, which ignited a blaze.
The office and vehicles parked on the premises were gutted by fire.
Police operatives from a nearby station engaged the assailants in a gun duel and killed three of them.
Charms and insignia of the outlawed Indigenous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) are reported to have been seen on the three corpses.
