FG adds Thursday to Eid-el-fitri holiday

The Nigerian Government has announced that Thursday has been added to the holiday given to Muslims to celebrate the  Eid -El-Fitr.

According to a statement, the minister of interior, Olubunmi Ojo, congratulated Muslims “for a successful completion of a month of spiritual rejuvenation.”

It adds that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) had committed to “providing a safe and prosperous Nigeria for all to thrive.”
