Confirmed: Buhari removes Buni, appoints Bello to lead APC

It has been confirmed that the replacement of Yobe Governor Mai Mala Buni with his Niger State counterpart Sani Bello was a directive from President Muhammadu Buhari.

Bello is currently meeting with some members of the caretaker committee of the APC in preparation to his taking over the party leadership.
