Radio personality Daddy Freeze weds new wife
Radio talk show personality Ifedayo Olarinde, otherwise known as Daddy Freeze, has wedded is long-time lover, Benedicta Elechi at a low-key ceremony, held in the UK.
Tobi Adegboyega, a celebrity pastor based in UK, officiated the ceremony that had Daddy Freezes mother Smaranda Olarinde and few friends in attendance.
The Nigerian-Romanian broadcaster, known for having run-in with pastors over his opposition to certain theological practices, was once married to Opeyemi Olarinde but the married ended in 2014.
Wikipedia has that Freeze commenced his radio career in 1996 with the Broadcasting Corporation of Oyo State (BCOS), Ibadan, where he served as a correspondent on The World Chart Show.
He joined Cool FM in 2001, working in radio presenting, television and general entertainment. He was a senior broadcaster at Cool FM Lagos, until 2020.
He is also an event compere, and the leader of #FreeTheSheeple Movement.
In 2017, Daddy Freeze started the Free Nation Online Church where he pastors with Sunday and weekday services.
