Ataga’s murder case shifts to High Court 

The murder case of Usifo Ataga will now be heard at the State High Court, according to details of Monday’s proceedings.

Police prosecutor Cyril Aniofor gave the hint at Monday’s arraignment of Chindima Ojukwu and Adebayo Quadri, the two prime suspects in the murder of the former Super TV boss Usifo Ataga, before a Lagos State Magistrate Court. 

According to Ajiofor, the Directorate of Public Prosecution of Lagos State, had recommended both suspects be tried for conspiracy and murder, and additional charge of stealing against Ojukwu. 

Following, the Chief Magistrate decided to adjourn the case tolill September 29 for further Information from the DPP.
